Dr Shilpa Totala is a Pathologist in Private Practice [Founder and Head of Kushal Path labs] in Aurangabad, Mh, since 23 years. She is a passionate seeker of knowledge in Business Management and good business Practices from different sources. She is a multi talented personality, with mastery in dance, drawing, public speaking to name a few. She is an eloquent speaker and trainer in topics of Entrepreneur Health. She also gives Personal Training in Diet and Exercise to busy SME entrepreneurs.
As another facet to her professional abilities – she is the Founder and Chief consultant of MediRecruiters – a firm that provides Doctors and other healthcare professionals to healthcare institutions and Corporates all over India. She is also the Founder and Head of Kushal Path Labs, a respected diagnostic center in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. Known for her passion for continuous learning and excellence in business practices, Dr. Shilpa has expanded her role far beyond the medical field.She is the 1st and only one Doctor in India to do this & she soon aims to go global in this venture.
She contributes to Life Champions Ecosystem as an Online and Offline Trainer/speaker in the aspects of Entrepreneur health and problems of HR recruitment and management that Indian SMEs face. Her energetic and enthusiastic personality makes every session of hers a pleasant experience to attend.
Dr. Shilpa has been honored multiple times, including receiving the Best Healthcare Recruitment Consultancy Award from then Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis in 2017. Her work has been featured in newspapers like Lokmat and Divya Marathi, especially on Women’s Day celebrations. She is currently working on her upcoming book, “Mastering Healthcare Management”, aimed at Hospipreneurs.
