Dr. Vivek Arora is a physiotherapist and the founder of Korba Spine & Joint Centre in Korba, Chhattisgarh, a clinic he has successfully operated for over two decades. Running his own business taught him the daily realities faced by every MSME owner: too much work, too little time, and no dedicated technical team to rely on.
Instead of waiting for external solutions, he turned to Artificial Intelligence (AI). Without a tech team, he implemented AI to manage patient records, automate follow-ups and WhatsApp communication, create marketing and social media content, run bilingual English-Hindi websites, and build a cartoon-mascot content engine for his clinic’s reels.
What began as solving his own operational challenges evolved into founding VivTech Labs, a venture dedicated to building customized AI systems for Indian businesses. His developed platforms include PT Clinic OS (a comprehensive clinic management system), Kineto (a physiotherapy platform), Postsarthi (a poster-making app for MSMEs), Boomrank (a business scaling application), and Scam Rescue India (a guidance platform for cyber fraud victims).
For over two years, Dr. Vivek has been training MSME owners to integrate AI into their businesses. He helps entrepreneurs solve key growth bottlenecks—such as time scarcity, heavy staff dependency, irregular marketing, missed follow-ups, scattered records, expensive agency costs, and the hesitation toward technology. His sessions cover practical AI applications for marketing, workflow automation, no-code tool building, and daily productivity enhancements.
He delivers training in simple Hindi-English without technical jargon, using live hands-on demos and practical examples from his own businesses. Dr. Vivek believes the Life Champions Ecosystem (LCE) unites MSME owners into a strong community, with AI acting as the catalyst to help that community scale faster. “I don’t teach AI. I teach what AI did for my business.”
